We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your child’s comfort. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, construction, and workmanship under normal non-professional use, and following DreamJellie’s instructions for care and cleaning for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (order date). This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in seam work, stitching and latex foam
- Fabric tears or holes that appear during normal use
- Zipper malfunctions
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or abuse
- Stains, discoloration, or odors
- Damage from washing or drying contrary to care instructions
- Natural wear and tear or softening of materials over time
- Pillows used in commercial or institutional settings
What We’ll Do
If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product, OR
- Replace it with a new, OR
- Issue store credit equal to the value of the defective item. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by us.
How to Submit a Claim
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact our support team at warranty@dreamjellie.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect
- Our team will assess your claim and provide next steps within 7 business days.
- If approved, our team will make every effort to repair, replace or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. We may ask you to return the item for inspection. If required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Important Notes
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- Repairs or replacements reset the warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date the repaired or replacement item is shipped
- Proof of purchase is required
- We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the criteria above
- This warranty only applies to products manufactured by DreamJellie and purchased directly from DreamJellie. This warranty does not apply to products purchased from any sellers other than DreamJellie
- Normal non-professional use refers to nightly sleep by a child in a residential environment. Uses not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to: use in a professional or commercial setting such as nightly rental properties, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices; use as a toy or play item that may involve throwing, hitting, punching or similar activities
- DreamJellie’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this limited warranty, in no event will DreamJellie or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the product or its use by you or any third party. In no event will DreamJellie’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue giving rise to such liability. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty
30 Night Sleep Trial
USA only.
We want your child to love their pillow, but if it’s not the perfect fit, we make returns simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your DreamJellie pillow for a refund. DreamJellie reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior.
Return Window
You may return your pillow within 30 days of the delivery date.
We recommend using the pillow for at least 15 nights to allow your child time to adjust before deciding.
Return Eligibility

Be clean, undamaged, unsoiled and unwashed

Have the law tag still attached

Be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date

Proof of purchase from the DreamJellie website is required for all returns

Returns of products purchased with a gift card, or purchased when marked as “clearance” or “final sale” are ineligible for a refund

Stained, or altered DreamJellies or JellieSkinz may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Options
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive:

A full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping fees
OR -
A full refund in the form of store credit, with no deduction for shipping.
You may choose your preferred option when submitting your return request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, subject to adherence to policy.

Exchanges
To exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order. We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.
