DreamJellie Pillow 1 Year Limited Warranty
USA ONLY.
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your child’s comfort. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials, construction, and workmanship under normal non-professional use, and following DreamJellie’s instructions for care and cleaning for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (order date). This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in seam work, stitching and latex foam
- Fabric tears or holes that appear during normal use
- Zipper malfunctions
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or abuse
- Stains, discoloration, or odors
- Damage from washing or drying contrary to care instructions
- Natural wear and tear or softening of materials over time
- Pillows used in commercial or institutional settings
What We’ll Do
If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the defective product, OR
- Replace it with a new, OR
- Issue store credit equal to the value of the defective item. Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by us.
How to Submit a Claim
To file a warranty claim:
- Contact our support team at warranty@dreamjellie.com
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the defect
- Our team will assess your claim and provide next steps within 7 business days.
- If approved, our team will make every effort to repair, replace or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. We may ask you to return the item for inspection. If required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Important Notes
- Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable
- Repairs or replacements reset the warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date the repaired or replacement item is shipped
- Proof of purchase is required
- We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the criteria above
- This warranty only applies to products manufactured by DreamJellie and purchased directly from DreamJellie. This warranty does not apply to products purchased from any sellers other than DreamJellie
- Normal non-professional use refers to nightly sleep by a child in a residential environment. Uses not covered under this warranty include, but are not limited to: use in a professional or commercial setting such as nightly rental properties, hotels, hospitals, schools, offices; use as a toy or play item that may involve throwing, hitting, punching or similar activities
- DreamJellie’s sole and exclusive liability under this warranty, and the consumer’s sole and exclusive remedy, is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this limited warranty, in no event will DreamJellie or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the product or its use by you or any third party. In no event will DreamJellie’s total liability exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue giving rise to such liability. Any oral or written description of a product is for the sole purpose of identifying it and shall not be construed as an express warranty
