We want your child to love their pillow, but if it’s not the perfect fit, we make returns simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your DreamJellie pillow for a refund. DreamJellie reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior.

Return Window

You may return your pillow within 30 days of the delivery date.
We recommend using the pillow for at least 15 nights to allow your child time to adjust before deciding.

Return Eligibility

  • Be clean, undamaged, unsoiled and unwashed

  • Have the law tag still attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase from the DreamJellie website is required for all returns

  • Returns of products purchased with a gift card, or purchased when marked as “clearance” or “final sale” are ineligible for a refund

  • Stained, or altered DreamJellies or JellieSkinz may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns - once per item

Damaged DreamJellie or JellieSkinz

Refund Options

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, you will receive:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, minus shipping fees
      OR

  • A full refund in the form of store credit, with no deduction for shipping.

You may choose your preferred option when submitting your return request. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, subject to adherence to policy.

Return Shipping

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • Shipping fees will be deducted from refunds issued to your original payment method

  • Return shipping is free when you choose store credit

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order. We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.

Our team will review your request and send you a return label with step-by-step instructions.
